Reach

Split the ad budget across people your audience already follows.

An ad campaign
$1,000
  • Shown to strangers who match a profile
  • Gone when the budget runs out
  • You see impressions, not people
  • No one vouches for you

  • Each one reaches a real neighborhood or scene
  • Their audience already trusts their picks
  • You keep the photos and video they make

Deals

Give a creator's followers a reason to come in.

Partner with a Creator and let them offer their followers something: 10% off, a free coffee with a ticket, early entry. The deal lives on their page and on your event. Every redemption is traced to them, so you know exactly what the partnership brought in.

Works for a cafe as well as a theater. It's the ad that only costs you when it works.

Lineups and calls

Fill the lineup from people already on Wathaag.

Post what you're looking for on any event: vendors, performers, food trucks, volunteers, sponsors. Artists and vendors with a profile apply in one tap. Accept, and they're on the lineup, with their own followers hearing about your event.

Tag anyone who's already playing. If they don't have a page yet, they get an invitation to claim one, and your event is the first thing on it.

Contacts and reminders

Your list, your audience, reminded before every show.

RSVPs and opt-ins.

Everyone who says "I’m interested" or RSVPs lands on your contacts list. Export it to your newsletter any time.

Reminders that go out for you.

The day before, the morning of, and three hours before. Email for everyone, texts for people who said yes to texts. No new tool to learn.

Ask the community.

Post a question to your followers and the people who’ve come: "What should we program next summer?" Read the answers in your dashboard.

A report you can hand to the board.

Attendance, new vs returning, where people heard about it, by show and by season. One page, exportable. The thing funders ask for and nobody has.

Questions

What does it cost?

Listing is free, always. The Audience plan is $99 a month, and pilot organizations get it free for 3 months. Hiring a Creator through Wathaag adds 12% to the hire.

Do you sell our audience data?

No. You see your own audience, in aggregate. We never sell it and never share it with another organization.

We already use a ticketing site.

Keep it. Your Wathaag event links to your tickets, and we track who sent the click.

How do you know who came for the first time?

From RSVPs and check-ins on Wathaag, and from people who follow you. It's a floor, not a census, and we say so on the report.

We're a cafe, not a venue. Is this for us?

Yes. Deals through Creators and a followable page are the whole product for you. Skip the rest.
